Very bight and spacious apartment, in a category building. Comfortable and cheerful bedroom with double sized bed, telephone, wardrobe and large window. Nice and brand new kitchen with window. Impeccable bathroom with bathtub.
A guarantee deposit will be asked; the amount depends on the length of the stay.
To confirming the booking a deposit of 30% of the total stay must be done in advance, that will be deducted from the total rent fee to be paid at the check in.
