Sandy Haven C is a completely renovated and stylishly furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on a quiet street in the heart of the popular bayside village of Sandringham. It has everything you could want for a memorable stay in Melbourne.
This cheerful property is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach, the shops, cafes and the railway station (30 minutes to Flinders St in the city).
The property offers 3 lovely bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed plus ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a spacious king sized bed in each (and one or both can be split to provide 2 singles if preferred). The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
The designer-built kitchen has granite worktops, quality European appliances and very generous drawer and cupboard space. Comfortable lounge with contemporary leather couches plus wide screen TV, Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini stereo/CD system. Wireless internet is included, ensuring guests can work in bedrooms or in the living areas. Concealed “European laundry” with washer, dryer and sink in kitchen area. The property offers air-conditioning in the living area and ducted heating throughout. There is a large hot water system so no cold showers to worry about!
Outside there is a secure back courtyard where pets (yes, they are welcome too!) can roam safely, including outdoor table and chairs for relaxed meals cooked on a gas barbecue. There is a double garage available with remote control access and plenty of on street parking.

MINIMUM STAYS: The following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, shorter stays by arrangement
Last Minute Discounts may be available
All bookings include interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week
Gourmet hampers and additional cleaning services are available on request (fees apply)
Additional trundle bed available for $100 per clean (minimum charge $100)
Portacot and Highchair available free of charge, just BYO cot linen. These must be booked well prior to arrival
PET STAYS are welcome by prior arrangement - we just add a $40 per week fee for additional cleaning and maintenance as we have found that no matter how gorgeous they are, most of them leave some of their fur behind!
