This luxury villa, which is available as a seasonal self-catering vacation rental, is situated near the waterfront on one of the top ten beaches in the U.S. If you want to enjoy the sun and sand with a large family or group of friends, this very large Florida vacation rental home makes the perfect accommodations. Jungle Home is a beautiful villa where you will be able to holiday in luxury near the waterfront.

The great room overlooks the well-landscaped jungle outside, as well as the pool. The gourmet kitchen is large enough for several people to cook at the same time. The house is designed for parties on the ground floor while the children sleep upstairs.

Price, Terms & Payment:
$6750 a month from late December to early September. $4,000 a month early September to late December. Pool heater extra. $200 cleaning fee. 12% Florida State tax. $2,000 damage deposit which is 100% refundable. 50% payment due on booking. Payment needs to be completed 60 days in advance of arrival.
