The Diva Duo combines the Deco Diva 481 and Coco Diva providing a four bedroom, three bathroom home. The Diva Duo offers stylish accomodation with all the modern conveniences you could ask for wrapped up in an art deco package.
Subject to the availability of both the Deco Diva 481 and Coco Diva, The Diva Duo has all the features of both properties, including off street parking behind remote controlled security gates.
In addition to the large kitchen, the availability of the second kitchette means cooking for large numbers of family and friends will be a breeze.
In each of the two living areas there is access to Foxtel (full package), and so while you are enjoying your favourite classic movie in one living area, your friends can be cheering on their favourite sporting team in the other. There is also wireless internet accessible across the property.
Your pets are welcome by arrangement, to share your stay at The Diva Duo. The 6 foot high fences both at the front and rear of the property mean your pets can safely enjoy time outdoors. Your dog can delight in some 'off lead' time five minutes walk away at Princes Park.
The Diva Duo is conveniently located with public transport to the city, Chadstone, St Kilda and Elwood at your door.

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 3 night bookings by arrangement. Longer minimum stays may apply over holiday and peak periods
Last Minute Discounts may be available.
PET FRIENDLY - Pet Stays are welcome but attract an additional $40 cleaning fee per clean
All bookings include interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week.
Additional cleaning services are available on request (fees apply)
Trundle available for additional guest $100 min (or $100 per clean).
