Awarded a 4 star rating, this light filled property and its incredible location makes this amazing 3 bedroom home a fabulous property to stay in. Situated close to the famous South Melbourne Market, or just a short walk to the tram to either the city, Albert Park lake or St Kilda.
The master bedroom (queen bed) is upstairs, with its own TV, plenty of storage via a walk in robe, ensuite and spacious balcony to enjoy a coffee & read the morning papers in absolute privacy. Downstairs are the living areas and 2 extra bedrooms - one with 2 single beds and a desk, the other with a queen bed. All bedrooms have plenty of hanging and storage space. The house has a luxurious bath for relaxing in, plus a shower over the bath for when time is precious! There's also a spacious shower in the ensuite upstairs. The living and dining areas are all open plan with floor to ceiling glass overlooking a private courtyard and landscaped path along the side of the house. With a dining table for 6, enough kitchen space and facilities to cook up a storm, the best reverse cycle air-conditioning system on the market, and luxurious lounge suites to relax and watch the wide screen, plasma TV/DVD with Foxtel or listen to CD's, you'll find it easy to make The Glass House your home.
