This completely renovated and stylishly furnished 3 bedroom unit on a quiet street in the heart of the popular bayside village of Sandringham has everything you could want for a memorable stay in Melbourne.

This cheerful property is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach, the shops, cafes and the railway station (30 minutes to Flinders St in the city). The property offers 3 bedrooms (main with queen, 2nd bedroom twin share and 3rd bedroom with 1 single bed and study) all with built-in wardrobes.

High speed ADSL internet connection, wide screen Foxtel TV, DVD player and mini stereo/CD system. The designer-built kitchen has granite worktops, quality European appliances and very generous drawer and cupboard space. There is also a cleverly concealed “European laundry” with washer, dryer and sink.

The property offers ducted air conditioning and heating throughout and a large hot water system so no cold showers to worry about! Outside there is a secure back courtyard where pets (yes, they are welcome too!) can roam safely, while to the front there is a sunny garden with table and chairs for relaxed meals cooked on a gas barbecue. Off-street parking for one vehicle and ample on-street parking is available too.

  • MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
  • 7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, shorter stays by arrangement
  • Last Minute Discounts may be available.
  • All bookings include interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week
  • Gourmet hampers and additional cleaning services are available on request (fees apply)
  • Additional trundle bed available for $100 per clean (minimum charge $100)
  • Portacot and Highchair available at the property free of charge, just BYO cot linen
  • PET FRIENDLY - pet guests are welcome for an additional $40 per clean
