Sandyside 1 is a two bedroom property comfortably accommodating 4, or up to 5 guests with an additional foldaway bed. Located just a short stroll to Sandringham shopping centre, railway station and the beach, everything is within convenient reach.

Whilst the property is an older style, the interiors have been completely updated and refurbished. Enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen and living/dining area furnished to the highest standard in a modern, contemporary style. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas, flat screen HD TV with Foxtel, DVD player and mini CD stereo/radio system and ADSL Bigpond broadband internet connection.

Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed which can split to 2 singles if required, ensuring comfort for either 2 couples or one couple and 2 children. The second bedroom also has fitted robes.

The bathroom has a shower with a WC/powder room adjacent. Ducted heating is provided throughout together with split system air conditioning. The secure rear garden is perfect for pet guests. There is also a BBQ. Off street parking is also provided.

The property is located on a bus route to the Southland shopping mall and also the city. Pets welcome on arrangement.
Price, Terms & Payment:

 

  • MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
  • 7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, shorter stays by arrangement.  Longer minimum stays may apply over holiday and peak periods 
  • Last minute discounts may be available
  • All bookings include interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week
  • Gourmet hampers and additional cleaning services are available on request (fees apply)
  • Additional trundle bed available for 1 guest, cost $100 per clean (minimum charge $100)
  • Portacot and Highchair available at the property free of charge, just BYO cot linen
  • PET FRIENDLY - pet guests are welcome for an additional $40 per clean
