Located just behind the Church Street retail precinct, you truly have everything at your fingertips. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and public transport are all within a 5 min walk, and Brighton Beach is approx 500m away.
Light, spacious and contemporary in design and furnishings, Brighton on Munro comprises 2 bedrooms both with private ensuites, plus a powder room downstairs. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and includes direct access to a private balcony and study area with desk. There is wireless internet provided so you can catch up on business in the comfort of this quiet and light filled study. There is also a TV in the main bedroom with DVD. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and its own private ensuite.
Both bedrooms have very stylish, private ensuites. The ensuite off the main bedroom has an oversized shower and the ensuite for the 2nd bedroom includes a soaker/hip bath.
The living areas are all downstairs with the dining area centered between front and rear courtyards. Opening up the glass courtyard doors transforms this space into an indoor/outdoor room. Enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ.
The spacious kitchen features Miele appliances, stone benchtops and is fully equipped for cooking up a storm if you wish.
Comfortable leather sofas complete the living area along with flat screen TV/DVD/CD. Cable TV (foxtel) included.
