Formally the Old Balaclava Post Office, this landmark building has been transformed into a boutique residential development. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is an ideal property for people sharing and requiring privacy, as there is a bedroom and a bathroom on each level.
The ground floor area comprises of open plan living and dining, large kitchen area fully equipped with stainless steel European appliances, glossy white doors and stone bench tops, separate European laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and second bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be made up as a queen sized bed if required), built in robes and luxurious bathroom.
Upstairs is the loft style, very large, master bedroom featuring king size bed (which can be separated into 2 singles if required), additional sofa bed if required, ceiling windows that offer privacy and plenty of natural light, built in robes, and the second luxurious bathroom.
