We will do our best to send you a return email or contact you by phone of your request for you enquiry.
In that reply, we will let you know if the retreat is available for the nights you request and a price for your stay. In confirmation from you for your stay we request that full payment is made within 14 days of time specified by us to confirm that those dates are allocated to you.
Cancelation policy is as follows
Not less than 1 week of notifying us - full return of your money.
Less than 1 week but not less than 48 hours notice 75% of your deposit will be returned to you.
Less than 48 hours notice but not less than 24 hours 50% of your deposit will be returned.
Less than 24 hours notice to us your complete deposit will not be returned to you.
