| A beautiful 4 bedroom holiday home at affordable prices. Please note no smoking in the house, however if you would like to smoke outside that is fine. House is from $150 p.n. for max of 8 people. Only 15 mins to Surfers Paradise or the theme parks.Fully furnished with lots of extras 4 living areas with 3 TVs, DVD/Video players, CD players. Air conditioning in area down stairs and in master bedroom, all other bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Security screens on all widows and sliding doors.
Fully furnished including full cooking facilities, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Iron & ironing board.
Take advantage of all of the tourist attractions, or you can relax under the bali hut by the tropical pool.
Only 3 kms to the nearest beach.
The property sleeps 8. There are 4 bedrooms - main with a queen bed and ensuite, 2nd room with a double bed, 3rd room with 2 x singles and 4th room with a single bed.
Mattress protectors, doonahs, doonah covers, blankets and pillows are provided. You need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. The main bedroom has sliding glass doors that open out onto the covered entertainment area and the back yard.
Take a trip to the theme parks - Sea World, Movie World, Wet 'N Wild, Dream World, Outback Spectacular (highly recommended) all under 15 mins drive away. Join in the atmosphere of the Friday night lantern market in Surfers Paradise. Or spend a few dollars at the Cararra Markets on the weekend. Take a drive up to Mount Tambourine and enjoy the views while having devonshire tea. Why not take a surf at the beach or take your dog for a swim. Or simply relax in the comfort of your home away from home. For the shopper-holics Don't forget to check out the specials and restaurants at Harbourtown.
The house is very comfortable and well set out. On those hot days you can relax in the coolness of the ducted air conditioning. You can watch a show on the TV in the large lounge area while the children are watching a different program (or a DVD) in the other living room. Sit outside and enjoy the tropical gardens and pool.
The rear yard is very private and is a nice place to put your feet up and relax.
