Tastefully restored farmhouse set in a small village on the borders of Loire Atlantic and Vendee; 45 minutes south of the city of Nantes. There is a convenience store and bakery 2 kms away and numerous large supermarkets within easy reach. This homely gite is set in a central spot for all the best areas in the region; from Pornic and the Isle of Noirmoutier down to La Rochelle. The popular Atlantic resorts of St. John de Monts and St Gilles Croix de Ville are approximately 30 minutes by car. There are also two swimming lakes within 20 minutes drive. The outstanding visitor attraction ‘Puy de Fou’ is also easily accessible. The house also has the benefit of electric wall heaters in all rooms for when the weather is cooler; making it suitable for early or late season stays. A utility room provides a washing machine; spin dryer and utility sink. Outside there is a large garden with patio seating area; table; chairs and sun umbrella. Visitors also have the optional use of a barbecue and bicycles. (The surrounding area is tranquil and lovely for rides)
