• Step1 - You recieved a request and have negotiated with client but need to make some changes to the booking.

• Step2- Once you have received deposit for booking you must make this Active which will update the calendar.

• Step3- Once you have received payment in full you must make this booking confirmed.  (Making it Confirmed will also make it Active if it has not been done prior)

 Reconcile and Payments.

• Step4 - You previously confirmed a booking now you must reconcile your account to generate an invoice for payment.
