How does Holidayhouses4rent.com make their money
Here at Holidayhouses4rent we are focussed on producing results for all the online properties in such a way that if you dont make any money from our website than we don’t.
We have found that this gives us the drive to market your property online to its best potential and in return gives you the confidence that you do not have to pay a cent until you have made your money first.
We also wanted to provide each property Manager / Owner with one of the cheapest commission rates going which gives you more money in your pocked and the best return on your investment at the end of the day.
- $9 per booking per night+ GST if AU Resident per confirmed booking
5 + properties = 5% Discount
10 + Properties = 10% Discount
20 + Properties = 15% Discount
Fees are subject to change in the future but we are always mindful of being one of the lowest and also bringing you the customer great results.
By registering and adding your property online there is a real or implied contract with us provides you an obligation for you to pay our advertising fee once a visitor who was referred from Holidayhouses4rent stays with you.
When and How do I pay?
Over time you will receive enquiries from our website which will either become a booking or not.
Our system enables you to confirm the booking once you have received payment.
This confirmation will then generate an invoice for you to pay.
Also we will send out an email to you once every month if you have any non confirmed enquiries to reconcile. This enables you to confirm or reject any enquiries made on your property.
We run an honesty website and trust that most operators will be happy to pay what amounts to quite a small advertising fee and confirm the bookings accurately. We also surveying visitors on a regular basis to get feedback on quality and check whether the stay happened.
Once all bookings are confirmed and you are ready to pay – this is done online through the paypal system which either you can setup your own account or just pay directly via credit card.
