Sandy Ridge, just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, is a new and sought after community, close to the prestigious Champions Gate and Reunion complexes. With easy access to the I4, it is ideally located for Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, and all the many other attractions in central Florida. The Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach are an hour away, and the fabulous beaches of the Gulf Coast just and hour and a half.

The 30' x 14' private swimming pool and luxury spa (both with underwater lighting) are Southwest-facing, and the extended pool deck offers the chance to relax in the sun all day and late into the evening on the comfortable pool furniture. - Chill out as you watch the sun go down over the fabulous conservation woodland .

The pool can be heated during the cooler weather.

 

For those who prefer the shade, the pool has a large lanai (covered porch) with a cooling ceiling fan. This is the perfect place to dine al fresco, using the table and padded chairs which complement the pool loungers.

A safety fence round the pool is also provided for your peace of mind, and for your child's safety. It can easily be removed if not required

 

Our villa is the perfect vacation location for families and has a fully equipped games room for children - and adults!
For golfers, Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, is less than a 5 min drive away.

 

Just minutes from Sandy Ridge there is a new Publix supermarket and Walgreens Pharmacy for all your household shopping needs, along with various restaurants and shops. Even closer, at the junction of the SR532 and the 545 (Old Lake Wilson Rd) by Reunion, is the CVS Pharmacy which stocks all manner of useful items, including trial-size versions of washing powder, shampoo etc.

 

If you travel up Old Lake Wilson Road to US192 you will find a wealth of other restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

 

The house has full air conditioning, and features a large open-plan lounge area with a high vaulted ceiling, complete with ceiling fan. Comfortable seating includes a sofa bed, and there is a 27” cable TV and DVD, together with a portable stereo radio, a Sony Playstation, plus books and games for everyone. Sliding doors overlook the pool and the wooded conservation area.

 

The dining area is equipped with a large formal dining table and 6 dining chairs with place settings to match. - perfect for a formal meal.

 

The fully-fitted kitchen has a useful breakfast bar, as well as a table and 4 chairs.

 

There are 2 en suite bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a walk-in shower, a closet, cable TV, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet which contains the safe to store valuables.

 

Three further bedrooms have twin beds, built-in closets, and are also equipped with the all-important ceiling fan. Two of these bedrooms also have cable TV.

 

The third bathroom in the house has a combined tub and shower, and has direct access to the pool area.

 

The large double garage has been converted into a games room, with pool table, air hockey, darts, and table tennis.
