Payments, Schedules:

Advance Payment: 50% – immediately after receipt of the contract not refundable

Final Payment: 50% – 4 weeks before the renting period not refundable

Note: If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the property rental shall be due at the time of booking

GENERAL

Accuracy of Web and other Information: Laguna Villas makes every effort to ensure that advertised descriptions and images are correct, however Laguna Villas reserves the right to make changes/improve the properties and services from time to time.

BOOKINGS

Initial Deposit - An initial deposit of 50% must be paid to confirm a booking within 8 banking days. Payment should be made by direct bank transfer to:

Your reservation will be confirmed only upon payment of the 50% deposit.

If payment has not been received within 8 banking days, Laguna Villas will assume that you have cancelled the reservation.

Rental conditions:

Prices are quoted per villa per night or lump sum.

The minimum rental period during low and high season is seven nights

The minimum rental period during peak season is fourteen nights

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation (The deposit should be paid by SWIFT bank transfer to our nominated bank account)

The balance of total rent amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check in date by SWIFT bank transfer to our nominated bank account .

Check In Time is 3:00pm; Check Out time is 10:30 am (early arrival and late departure upon availability of the house. Late check-out can only be confirmed on the day of the departure)

The rental rates include:

·          Service charge of 3%

·          Applicable government tax (7% VAT)

·          Internet/Wi-fi connection with computer

·          Full maid service twice a week including linen & towels change

·          Linen & towels supply

·          Pool & garden personnel

·          Night time security personnel

·          House maintenance service

·          Access to the common pool of the resort

The rental rates exclude:

·          Refrigerators refill

·          Airport transfert

·          Electricity (above 200KWh/week) will be charged @ 25baths/KW (according to meter readings).

We will be happy to arrange the following services (ask your house keeper, Sao) :

Ø Maid service :

o    Standard (included in the rent): full cleaning twice a week with linen & towels change

o    Superior (150E/week) : maid at disposal every day (about 4h in between 9H to 17H)

o    Special (300E/week): full time service (9H a 17H) with preparation of local dishes

Ø Baby Sitting 300Baths / hour

Ø Private Laundry 60Baths / kg (given to Sao in the morning, will be returned the next day).

Ø Motorbike or car rental from a local nearby rental company

Cancellation policy:

·          To secure availability at the requested vacation villa, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

·          Cancellation prior to arrival: It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance which will provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation. In the event that you cancel the booking or shorten the period of stay after payment of the deposit and/or balance, no refund will be made.

·          Cancellation during period of the holiday: The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the management.

·          The booking deposit is not returnable under any circumstances.

Insurance and Liability:

·          The landlord is not responsible to guests or their party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities, loss of personal effects by any mean or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, car or motor bike rental, etc.
