One of best points about the property is surely it's location. Apartment is situated very near the center of the town (50 m), but also in peacefull and quiet enviroment, it is big and comfortable, equipped with everything what you could need for pleasant stay. It forms a part of a private house, and it's located on second floor with separate entrance ( occupies the whole second floor 90 m2). The apartment consists of: 3 beedroms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living room, terrace and a balcony.
Bedroom1: 14 m2, double bed, has exit to balcony and beautiful sea view and city view .
Bedroom2: 14 m2, double bed, has exit to balcony and beautiful sea view and city view.
Bedroom 3: 13 m2. Depending on the number of person can be bedroom or living room, has a big sofa bed wich is very comfortable for two persons, TV, DVD player, radio. It also has a beutiful view towards the mountains and villages of the island.
Bathroom 1: 5m2, located in the corridor,bathtub,toilet.
Bathroom2: 4m2, located in bedroom2, shower, toilet.
Kitchen/living room: 16 m2, has all kitchen equipment and a nice dining table for six persons.
Terrace: 15 m2, located in greenery shadow among flowers with a view toward the city, it is furnished with table for six persons.
Balcony: 12m2, furnished, has beautiful sea view.
