Busisa Safar Lodge is located on the Hans Merensky Golf Estate in Phalaborwa, overlooking the Kruger National Park.  This area is steeped in human history and and has an abundance of animals still found in their natural habitat.

The Hans Merensky Golf Estate has top recreational facilities, including restaurants, sporting facilities (gym, tennis and squash courts) and of course the famous Golf Course, where the game is heightened with the spotting of animals on the course.

Guests can spend time enjoying day and night game drives,  in the Kruger National Park as well as surrounding private parks.  There are cruises on the Oliphants River, Shebeen (local bar) tours, museums. This region of Limpopo Province is home to the African marula tree (the main ingredient of a popular liqueur, Amarula) and many other interesting sights and activities.
