Coronet Bay is a beautiful fishing and beachside township overlooking Westernport Bay and French Island.
It boasts a child friendly beach with a free electric BBQ and sheltered gazebo, a playground for the kids and public toilets.
There is a local general store which can cater for most of the everyday requirements , with the ability to sell liquor for those special occasions, and petrol.

Coronetbay has a small jetty or for larger vessels the next village Corinella has a jetty, slipway and an excellent 24-hour all-tide boat ramp. Boat hire is also available.

Coronet Bay is also close to some great attractions such as Phillip Island, the Bass Coast wineries, the Giant Worm just to name a few. The surf is also available for the surfing enthusiasts both at Kilkunda(10 minutes) and on Phillip Island(patrolled)
