Enjoy spectacular ocean views! The luxurious master bedroom is fitted with a King size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The bathroom is equipped with his and hers basins.

 

Second bedroom:

 

The second bedroom has beautiful mountain and ocean views from a private balcony. The room is fitted with twin beds (can also be converted into a King size bed). The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with separate bath and shower.

 

Third bedroom:

 

This room has beautiful mountain views and is fitted with twin beds which can also be converted into a King size bed.

 

Fourth Bedroom:

 

The fourth bedroom is perfect for children, with twin beds. A guest loo with shower and toilet is located downstairs.

 

Secure off-street parking as well as a double garage is available.

 

The property has an electric gate, remote controlled garage door, direct access to the house via the garage as well as an alarm system. There is also electrified fencing, panic buttons and armed response.

 

The house offers a beautiful solar heated swimming pool, located in a private garden. For your leisure it is equipped with barbecue, loungers and patio furniture, perfect for long sunny days. The pool is also fitted with a safety net.

 

The top floor of the Villa has a fantastic entertainment area with breathtaking ocean and mountain views and also features a Jacuzzi.

 

The house offers wireless internet access throughout.

 

A modern, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher is ideal for self-catering purposes. For your convenience, there is an en-suite laundry with a basin, washing machine, drying racks, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is direct access from the kitchen to the garage.

 

The centralised check-in reception is open seven days a week.

 

Kids of all ages are welcome. Camps Bay has always been a favourite spot for family vacations. The villa includes satellite television with 24 hour Cartoon Network and the Disney Channel. There is a DVD player, and cots can be arranged at an additional cost. Carefully selected babysitters are available to allow you to enjoy the city while they assure your children's maximum comfort and safety.

 

To make guests arrivals as seamless as possible, we can do the shopping for you. Properties can be stocked with a choice of groceries and personal necessities and must be arranged prior to arrival. This service is offered at an additional cost.

 

Housekeeping services are offered all year round. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involves a general cleaning of the property. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge.

 

Laundry and dry cleaning services are also available.
