The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather couches and ottomans, and equipped with a TV, DVD player and music system for your enjoyment. The dining room opens up into the adjoining patio and swimming pool area, perfect for entertaining. The dining room table can seat six guests.

 

The Villa has three comfortable and spacious bedrooms with built-in cupboards, featuring electronic safes, built-in hairdryers and luggage racks. The main and second bedroom has air-conditioning and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and satellite television.

 

Main Bedroom:

 

The main bedroom features air-conditioning and is located on the top floor with spectacular mountain and ocean views from a private balcony. The room has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower.

 

Second Bedroom:

 

The second bedroom is also located on the top floor and has its own private balcony, with ocean and Table Mountain views. The room has air-conditioning, a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

 

Third Bedroom:

 

Located on the ground floor, this room is spacious with open-plan lounge area and refreshment station. It has twin beds (can be converted to a king-size bed) and a day bed. The bathroom is en-suite with a shower.

 

Secure off-street parking as well as a double garage is available.

 

The property is enclosed by high walls, remote controlled garage door and has an electric gate. Direct access to the house is via the garage. The house also has an alarm system, with panic buttons and armed response.

 

The outdoor area has a private splash pool which is fitted with a safety net, patio furniture and loungers.

 

The house is a wireless internet hotspot.

 

The villa boasts a modern, spacious, fully equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine.

 

A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of staying in a guesthouse or hotel. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

 

The centralised reception is open seven days a week, managing accommodation.

 

Kids of all ages are welcome. Cots can be arranged at an additional cost. Carefully selected babysitters are available to allow you to enjoy the city while they assure your children's maximum comfort and security.

 

To make guests arrival as seamless as possible, we can do the shopping for you. The property can be stocked with your choice of groceries and personal necessities, and must be arranged prior to arrival.

 

Housekeeping services are offered all year round. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involved a general cleaning of the property. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge.

 

Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered to guests.
