There is satellite TV and a DVD player for your enjoyment. The dining room table seats six guests. Full under-floor heating will ensure that guests are comfortable during the winter and during the hot summer enjoy the air-conditioning.

The private wooden deck has glass balustrade, ensuring that the panoramic views are by no means compromised. A sun-worshippers delight, the class, zen-like lounger allows you to bask in style. Reception for guests of the penthouse is at The Bay Hotel. A full concierge service is available where dedicated and knowledgeable staff are available to assist you with information and bookings regarding tours and attractions, airport transfers and car hire.

Housekeeping services are offered all year round. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involves a general cleaning of the property. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge.

A laundry service is offered for guests' clothing at an additional cost, including washing, ironing, dry cleaning, suede and leather cleaning and treatment of all delicate fabrics.

A washing machine and tumble dryer is available for guests' use.

Guests are offered secure off-street parking for one car on the premises. Access is via an electricgate.

Security features include CCTV, electronic safe, alarm system with panic buttons and armed response.

The penthouse also offers wireless internet available for guests' use, a flat screen television, hi-fi system, satellite TV and DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen also offers a tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. For the discerning coffee drinkers, the penthouse is equipped with Saeco espresso machine, complete with a stock of beans to conjure up a cuppa joe at any hour.

You are welcome to enjoy leisurely hours on The Bay Hotel's main pool deck, located next to the Wellness Centre. The pool is heated and drinks can be enjoyed around the pool with the addition of the poolside bar hut.

To make guests arrival as seamless as possible, we can do the shopping for you. The penthouse can be stocked with your choice of groceries and personal necessities, and must be arranged prior to arrival.

The penthouse accommodates a maximum of 2 persons. Children under the age of 12 years are regretfully unable to be accommodated.
