A guarantee deposit will be asked; the amount depends on the length of the stay.

To confirming the booking a deposit of 30% of the total stay must be done in advance, that will be deducted from the total rent fee to be paid at the check in. For your convenience, the payment methods we accept are: credit card, Western Union, or PayPal. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will arrange your entrance to the apartment considering your arrival flight time. A member of our staff will welcome you at the apartment; he will show you the place, sign the contract, pay the outstanding balance and give you the keys.
