There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and adjoining bathroom. Third bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a single bed plus trundle bed. Second bathroom. Large living area with flat screen TV/DVD/stereo. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and adjacent dining area. Laundry facilities. Undercover deck with BBQ and outdoor setting. Reverse cycle air-conditioning. Slow combustion wood heater. Large, fully enclosed rear garden. Double carport. Quality linen and towels etc provided. Self catering.

Conditions

  1. $300.00 fully refundable security bond payable for all 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. $150.00 fully refundable security bond payable for 1 bedroom apartments.
  2. All payments by credit card - we accept Visa and Master Card. By special arrangement payment will be accepted by direct deposit.
  3. An initial deposit of 50% is required upon confirming reservation. Balance 30 days prior to arrival.
  4. Surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter and long weekends.
  5. Midweek — Sunday-Thursday.
  6. Weekend — Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
  7. Sorry, no pets.
  8. Cleaning fees apply to rooms not left in an acceptable condition.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - an administration fee of $20.00.
  2. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 50% of total tarrif.
  3. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 100% of total tariff (unless relet).
  4. No refunds on early departures.
