Coco Diva is a contemporary and stylish three bedroom, two bathroom property. The house comprises a main bedroom and large ensuite (with bath and shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs are two luxurious king sized bedrooms (which can each be separated to 2 singles if required), brimming with natural light, and providing all the comforts of home. There is also a bathroom upstairs which has a bath and shower, and there is a separate powder room. All bedrooms have built in robes, and their own individually controlled reverse cycle heating/air conditioning units. We can also provide a trundle for an extra guest, if required ($100 per clean). If the extra guest is a young child, a porta-cot is available on request, with guests supplying their own linen.

The ground floor area comprises open plan living and dining, and includes an LCD TV (with the full Foxtel package), DVD, stereo, CD's, wireless internet, books and magazines. The dining area caters for 8 guests. With bi-fold doors opening from the living area onto a courtyard, a relaxed indoor/outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ and outdoor setting for 6 can be enjoyed. For those with a love of cooking, a well equipped gourmet kitchen (including dishwasher and washer/dryer) looks out over an atrium. If you prefer to dine out, whether your taste is for dinner or brunch, an easy 10 minute walk to Glenhuntly Rd sees you sipping coffee or enjoying a meal at one of the eclectic mix of restaurants and cafes.

Your pets are welcome by arrangement, to share your stay at the Coco Diva. Your dog can delight in some 'off lead' time five minutes walk away at Princes Park.

Coco Diva is conveniently located with public transport to the city, Chadstone, St Kilda and Elwood at your door.
